American Heart Association-Approved Labels

Retailers participating in the Beef Checkoff Trade Association Certification Program can obtain the following American Heart Association-approved labels through Yerecic Label. Retailers that wish to create their own labels may do so with American Heart Association approval.

	Boneless Top Sirloin Petite Roast (USDA Select quality grade)
	Top Sirloin Filet (USDA Select quality grade)
	Top Sirloin Kabob (USDA Select quality grade)
