Penny Nau, Director, Promotions
Penny joined the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association in 2009 and works closely with the retail marketing team to develop beef checkoff-funded promotional opportunities. With her strong marketing background and foodservice experience, she is able to enhance NCBA’s relationships with national food companies and create co-branded partnerships that promote usage and positively position beef in the minds of consumers.
Over the past 15 years, Penny has gained valuable experience in marketing, advertising and PR. Prior to joining the Marketing Team, she spent eight years in the foodservice industry with the Spicy PickleTM, a restaurant chain headquartered in Denver, CO, and Culver’s®, a restaurant chain throughout the midwest, implementing corporate marketing promotions, developing brand awareness strategies and building strong relationships with vendor partners.
Penny graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Marketing. She resides in Colorado and is based out of the NCBA national headquarters in Denver. Contact Penny.
